Job summary

Slalom is seeking a senior logistics and distribution consultant to help clients transform supply chains in Silicon Valley and beyond. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, design and implement TMS/WMS/OMS solutions, and drive value through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of logistics with consulting or 3PL experience.
• Experience implementing logistics systems (TMS, WMS, OMS) such as Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, E2Open.
• Led multiple initiatives and cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Create the future of logistics and distribution through innovative leadership.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize network performance and efficiency.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and customer fulfillment using emerging tech.
• Diagnose opportunities from interviews, workshops, and data insights to deliver value quickly.

• Build trusted advisor relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive sales opportunities and practice development.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and trends in logistics and supply chain.
