Job summary

Scientific Drilling is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Shipping and Receiving) at the Applied Technologies Center in Paso Robles, CA. The role focuses on end-to-end shipping/receiving operations, documentation, and SAP-based inventory control.

The candidate will manage domestic and international shipments, verify invoices, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and serials. Forklift operation and adherence to safety standards are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• 2–3 years of experience shipping domestic and international.
• Motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Adhere to company procedures, safety standards, and HSE policies.
• Contribute to team effort by supporting other department needs.

Responsibilities

• Organize all shipments in line with company requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for domestic and international shipments (invoice, packing list, SLI, SED, Certificate of Origin).
• Prepare shipment schedules and communicate with relevant departments.
• Verify freight invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Work with Logistics/Trade Compliance per procedures.
• Review import/export shipments for proper HTS and ECCN codes, licenses, values, and origin.
