Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage receipt, inspection, and logging of goods per GMP SOP. The role involves handling radioactive isotopes after training and maintaining accurate stock levels to support production needs.

Responsibilities include logkeeping, discrepancies resolution, batch/stage preparation, and audit support, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timely communications with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related associate or bachelor’s in business or supply management preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook in daily inventory tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work safely around radioactive isotopes following SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log all goods per GMP SOP.
• Verify items received against orders; handle discrepancies.
• Notify owners of receipt and identify goods requiring inspection.
• Check in radioactive isotopes after training.
• Process customer samples and log inventory in the control system.
• Maintain organized inventory by expiration date and storage conditions.
• Support production by staging goods for upcoming runs.
• Assist with supplier audits and retrieval of samples.
