Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to own the inbound logistics process for client orders and manage product flow from manufacturing through to the warehouse. You will coordinate movement from European facilities to the U.S., ensuring on-time delivery and readiness for customer orders.

The role requires experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, and familiarity with major retail accounts. Onsite work in Alpharetta, GA, with potential for growth into a Logistics Manager role.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience with SAP or a comparable ERP/logistics system.
• Experience handling major retail accounts (e.g., Walmart, Aldi, Trader Joe's, Target, Meijer).
• Strong communication and coordination across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency in Dutch or German language is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Buford, GA, with Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own the inbound logistics process for placed client orders.
• Coordinate with the European team on order status and shipment planning.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments with brokers and freight forwarders.
• Order containers for shipments from Europe to the US.
• Book, schedule, and coordinate transportation and delivery logistics.
• Serve as a key contact across the international supply chain.
