Job summary

FUJIFILM Biosciences is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely shipment and delivery of products and materials. The role emphasizes strong customer service, cross-functional communication, and adherence to shipping procedures.

You will support order status tracking, documentation, and coordination with internal departments, while maintaining compliance and KPI reporting. The position offers a standard 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule and onsite work at multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 2–4+ years in shipping/logistics with international responsibilities.
• Experience in life sciences, biopharma, or related industry is a plus.
• Experience in multi-site, multinational manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of air/ocean shipping, cross docking, import/export docs, freight forwarders.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and monitors pickup, delivery, and distribution of products and materials.
• Assesses order and shipping status and communicates with other departments.
• Coordinates shipment cancellations and changes.
• Supports customer service and shipping to ensure documentation and packaging requirements are met.
• Ensures tracking for international and domestic shipments and expedites as needed.
• Maintains excellent communication with internal teams and customers; supports complaint resolution.
