Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, communicating with carriers, managing inventory flow, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities within the logistics and supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or warehouse management.
• Proficiency with logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Strong understanding of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage freight forwarding activities to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Oversee dispatching operations, scheduling shipments, and communicating with carriers to track deliveries.
• Manage warehouse operations including inventory control, storage, and organization to optimize space and efficiency.
• Handle international logistics processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics activities with business needs and deadlines.
• Monitor shipping and receiving activities to verify accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation costs for reporting and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the logistics and supply chain functions.
