Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Global Logistics Contracts & Risk Team in a hybrid role, based in Sofia. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and transforming contracts for 3PL services across regions, with a focus on CLM transformation and AI-assisted analytics.

Qualifications

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M) with 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in contract management, preferably in logistics and supply chain.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating logistics/3PL contracts (air, ocean, parcel, warehousing, surface transport).
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management transformation, including automation, digital tools, and AI-driven analytics.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate logistics and 3PL contracts, including Master Agreements, Appendices, SOWs, Amendments, and Standalone Agreements.
• Provide sound legal and contractual guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are compliant, enforceable, and commercially effective.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks across international, regional, and local regulations in logistics and supply chain.
• Lead negotiations with service providers (logistics, transportation, technology etc.).
• Enhance contracting efficiency through automation, digitization, and adoption of CLM tools, including AI-driven analytics.
• Oversee renewals, amendments, terminations, and dispute resolution while maintaining governance.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and proper documentation.
• Drive best practices in contracting and contribute to transformation initiatives for stronger governance and efficiency.
