Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Logistics Specialist to manage daily shipping execution for domestic and international shipments from multiple warehouses, ensuring compliance with export and import regulations. You will analyze data, maintain documentation, and coordinate with teams to improve processes while upholding retention and policy standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or related field and 1-3 years' experience in domestic and international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in both Domestic and International Logistics and Trade Compliance
• Excellent communications skills
• Knowledge of US import/export regulations and compliance

Responsibilities

• Develops an in-depth understanding of the industry, key players and success strategies.
• Develops awareness of industry issues, trends and challenges.
• Maintains records and data in accordance with policies and retention schedules.
• Executes tasks and provides data to support holistic solutions.
• Coordinates with team members to implement process improvements.
• Ensures accurate documentation and export/import compliance.
