SpaceX in Redmond, WA is seeking a Global Logistics Specialist, Carrier Management for Starlink to run day-to-day carrier execution across air, ocean and ground. You will manage lanes, monitor performance, assess risk, and coordinate with procurement, sales and customer service to keep shipments on schedule.

This onsite role requires 3+ years in global logistics, ITAR/export experience, and strong data analysis using SQL/Excel to optimize costs and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of global logistics operations, domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Oversee carrier management, daily operations, shipment flows, service quality evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Monitor carrier performance and implement corrective actions to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Track, trace, and update inbound and outbound materials and act as the logistics contact.
• Mitigate transport-related risks and identify issues with risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across procurement, sales and customer service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers; negotiate rates and service levels.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations; implement best practices in carrier management.
• Analyze transport data to identify improvements and cost reductions.
• Report daily status to stakeholders and provide weekly logistics updates.
