Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to own long-term capacity planning for the Global Cross-Dock (GXD) network. You will be the single-threaded owner of capacity strategy across the end-to-end imports supply chain—from GXD origins through ocean, dray, to destination processing—supporting growth and scale of global imports.

You will lead long-range planning cycles (OP1/OP2/QxG), develop volume forecasts, and govern capacity decisions through structured reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience.
• 3+ years of owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term capacity planning for the GXD network across origin throughput, storage, and outbound capacity.
• Lead GXD inputs into OP1, OP2, and QxG planning cycles with forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Build demand-to-capacity models translating forecasts into node-level requirements.
• Partner with Direct Import, GPE, and FBA teams on launch roadmaps and readiness.
• Establish and lead Monthly/Quarterly Capacity Reviews for end-to-end visibility.
• Identify capacity risks and present data-driven mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Ocean Procurement, Dray, Destination Ops, Finance, and SCOT to align capacity plans.
