Job summary

Gosincro (Sincro) is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee productivity, quality and safety in the warehouse, aligning with customer requirements and performance metrics. You will supervise a mix of exempt and hourly staff, training, monitoring quality and coaching for performance.

Responsibilities include leading safety audits, managing transportation and dock teams, and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as Operations Manager.
• 3–5 years of progressive supply chain management experience.
• Experience with digital logistics tools (TMS, WMS, IMS).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, decisive with results orientation and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage quality, safety, inventory and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Enforce health and safety regulations in the warehouse and conduct safety audits/training.
• Perform regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance.
• Root cause analysis of quality defects and identify gaps.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to leadership.
• Lead improvement projects to boost productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with external partners via tickets, email, and Slack.
• Schedule pickups and manage transportation and dock personnel.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory and supplies.
