Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical, computer, and organizational skills in logistics and data management.
• Ability to work effectively across levels within Kyocera AVX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics from purchasing to distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and foreign offices for import/export documentation.
• Develop and maintain databases tracking finished goods, WIP, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with brokers for customs clearance and AES data elements.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
• Analyze freight spending and communicate with international logistics teams.
• Plan and execute special shipping arrangements; file freight claims.
• Ensure compliance with HTS codes and Schedule B numbers.
