Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and on-time production.
• Lead multiple departments including Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and Quality.
• Direct vendor base development and quality objectives.
• Plan and manage projects to completion on time and budget.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Demand Planning for delivery schedules.
• Plan facility upgrades for efficiency and new product/process introductions.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements.
