Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, is seeking a highly organized Global Project Coordinator to join the Strategic Creative Services team. You will act as hybrid project and account manager, coordinating translation and transcreation across 50+ languages while ensuring brand tone and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you’ll liaise between central marketing and regional stakeholders, managing trackers, timelines, and asset delivery with meticulous attention to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in project management, account management, or localization.
• Experience managing international creative campaigns.
• Experience with multiple languages/global regions.
• Familiarity with DAM platforms like Bynder.
• Experience with translation management systems (TMS) or AI.
• Experience with project management software (Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Global Process Management: manage translation and adaptation workflow for campaigns.
• Creative Asset Adaptation & Scale: rollout assets across ~75 languages.
• Regional Collaboration: coordinate with regional teams and requirements.
• Tracker & Pipeline Ownership: maintain trackers for localized assets.
• Workflow Optimization & Stakeholder Management: streamline reviews across teams.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: ensure claims and legal language are correct.
• Process Improvement: enhance efficiency and quality in workflow.
