You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and high-quality localization across global content. The ideal candidate will have extensive localization experience, strong governance capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders while aligning with Equinix’s global expansion plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in localization or translation management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence across the organization.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and driving process improvements.
• Familiarity with translation tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of language tiering models and translation quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own internal guidance on language sets, service levels, and translation quality.
• Evaluate and update priority languages and language tiering models as markets expand.
• Reinforce localization best practices across the organization and serve as escalation point for translation issues.
• Collaborate with business to identify content that must be translated by language tier across the customer and employee experience.
