Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions seeks a UI Localization Project Manager to bridge Engineering and Editorial teams. You will manage deliverables, build localization strategies, and leverage AI to optimize workflows for multilingual software releases across up to 50 languages.

The ideal candidate has strong QA, CMS and CAT/MT tool experience, excellent cross-functional communication, and the ability to drive high-volume localization projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in localization, project management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of software release cycles and internationalization standards.
• Experience with localization CMS, CAT/MT/ML tools, and bug tracking systems.
• Experience managing multiple languages and large data volumes (up to 50 languages).
• Experience using AI tools and prompt engineering to optimize workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering, editorial, vendors, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Represent UI Localization to Engineering and Editorial teams.
• Manage deliverables, build localization strategies, and optimize workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to automate validation and streamline localization processes.
• Ensure localization production is completed efficiently with no rework.
• Identify blockers and call out risks to multi-functional partners.
