Job summary

iHerb is seeking a Senior Manager, Localization and Content to lead and scale its global localization function across 36+ languages. You will oversee translation operations, ensure high quality, and align content with regulatory standards while driving efficient, end-to-end localized user journeys.

The role requires a strong blend of operational excellence, linguistic expertise, and cross-functional leadership to partner with Compliance, Product, Marketing, and Regional teams and embed

Qualifications

• 10+ years in localization, translation, or content operations.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of translation quality frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of CMS platforms and vendor ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with translation technologies and evaluate their application.
• Design and implement localization frameworks and workflows.
• Drive scalability and efficiency through automation.
• Manage localization budget, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across markets.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Regional teams to embed localization early.
