Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States is seeking a Litigation & Employment Paralegal to support the global employment law function. In this highly collaborative role, you'll manage employment litigation, eDiscovery activities, legal holds, and M&A initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

You will partner with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure deadlines, documentation, and compliance are met while maintaining organized matter files, dashboards, and spend information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience supporting employment law or related matters.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Discretion handling sensitive employee and legal information.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Preferred: Paralegal certificate and experience with mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, integration projects, or multinational organizations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain employment litigation trackers, matter files, and key documentation for case management.
• Coordinate legal holds, preservation activities, custodian tracking, and related documentation across jurisdictions.
• Support eDiscovery and information governance, including document collection, organization, and production.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, managing communications and litigation-related deliverables.
• Assist with mediation, arbitration, litigation, and settlement administration.
• Review global People Strategy & Culture templates with local counsel and support policy implementation.
• Support due diligence, integration planning, and employee harmonization in acquisitions and reorganizations.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, spend information, and deadlines across stakeholders.
