Sotera Health, a global leader in sterilization and lab testing, seeks a Global LIMS Project Manager to lead the implementation, validation, and rollout of the company’s LIMS platform. This role coordinates regional workstreams, ensures regulatory alignment, and drives adoption across laboratory locations worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science, life sciences, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of project or project management experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise software implementations.
• Experience in regulated medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, CDMO, or contract testing environments.
• Experience coordinating large-scale software deployments across sites or regions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global LIMS transformation project across regions and laboratory sites.
• Build and maintain an integrated master plan covering workstreams, deployments, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate project leaders for development, deployment, validation, integrations, training, and operational readiness.
• Drive milestone execution and proactively manage risks to timeline, cost, quality, and compliance.
• Establish governance, executive reporting, and project performance metrics.
• Coordinate system development, configuration, validation, enhancements, and releases.
• Partner with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align requirements with operations and client needs.
• Oversee laboratory workflows, sample lifecycle management, reporting, automation, and digital lab processes.
• Coordinate release planning and global site deployment schedules.
• Manage integration plans between LIMS and ERP/CRM/QMS/document management systems.
• Ensure validation deliverables, documentation, testing, and approvals per procedures.
• Lead deployment planning and readiness across laboratory locations.
• Coordinate training and change-management activities and adoption strategies.
• Track readiness and manage stakeholder communication and escalation where needed.
• Manage budgets, resources, and forecasts; maintain risk registers.
