Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Willing to travel globally.
• Ability to interpret and understand project specifications, construction, and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge related to construction processes and practices.
• Computer oriented; Word and Excel necessary; basic AutoCAD skills are beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work well under pressure.
• Flexible and tolerates change.
• Must be willing to travel weekly to remote project locations; 130-150 travel days a year planned.

Responsibilities

• Lead point of contact for internal and external communications after the Purchase Order.
• Assist the sales representative with pre-sale site visits as needed.
• Develop Musco’s scope of work.
• Create and evaluate RFQs for subcontractors.
• Coordinate delivery, storage, and installation of Musco projects.
• Process Change Orders and communicate to the Musco Team.
• Commission lighting systems to verify installation and operation.
• Provide customer training on lighting system controls.
• Ensure final inspections are completed and provide project close-out report.
