Job summary

SpaceX’s Starlink is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own multi-region consumer communications across Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa. You will manage emails, landing pages, and ads, turning consumer insights into live campaigns, pages, and in-market assets.

In this role you’ll run regional communications plans, build nurture programs, and ship country-dynamic content to support awareness, consideration, and conversion across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand, product, or performance communications with ownership of a market or region — not campaign execution alone.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly multi-region communications plan and a dated recap covering leads email, website, ads, customer comms, and retail
• Convert consumer insights into actionable initiatives, copy, pages, ads, emails, and experiments for European, Asian, Oceanian, and African markets
• Build and maintain nurture and abandoned-cart email series; ship market campaigns tied to seasonality, reliability, ISP comparison, pricing, Roam/Mini, travel, and emergency backup
• Track email-attributed orders, volume, and conversion vs. other markets; use results to reallocate effort and retire underperforming work
• Ship country-dynamic starlink.com pages for Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa: stories, comparison, reliability, city/place, installation, and use cases
• Develop in-market ad messaging that resolves to those pages; test claims insights support and retire claims that reduce trust
