Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Communications Manager to own multi-region consumer communications across Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa. You will manage the end-to-end funnel, including emails, landing pages, and ads, and lead country-specific pages and in-market assets.

You will convert insights into shipped copy and experiments, build nurture programs, and track performance across regions to optimize outcomes. Travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand, product, or performance communications with ownership of a market or region
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across channels
• Ability to translate research into shipped copy, pages, ads, and experiments

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly multi-region communications plan and a dated recap covering leads email, website, ads, customer comms, and retail
• Convert consumer insights into actionable initiatives, copy, pages, ads, emails, and experiments for European, Asian, Oceanian, and African markets
• Build and maintain nurture and abandoned-cart email series; ship market campaigns tied to seasonality, reliability, pricing, and use cases
• Track email-attributed orders, volume, and conversion; reallocate effort based on results
• Ship country-dynamic starlink.com pages for Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa with stories, comparison, reliability, city/place, installation
• Develop in-market ad messaging that supports the pages and tests to retire low-performing claims
