Job summary

TalentoHC partners with a leading global publisher and developer of interactive entertainment to identify an Associate Licensing Manager. This role supports licensing initiatives across the Americas and select international markets, coordinating licensee deals, budgets, and compliance while ensuring brand consistency across IPs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in licensing contracts, and capable of collaborating with licensors, affiliates, and internal teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in licensing or related industry experience.
  • Fluency in negotiating key business terms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support licensee deals throughout their lifecycle, including tracking compliance and coordinating launches.
  • Collaborate with Licensing leadership to support departmental objectives and revenue goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and gaming market activity to identify opportunities.
  • Analyze licensee performance through sales forecasting and basic competitive analysis.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and international partners in meetings and approvals.
  • Support sales planning by consolidating projections and validating quarterly results.
  • Assist in licensee recruitment, market analysis, and research.
  • Develop brand style guides in collaboration with licensors.
  • Partner with eCommerce to support promotional planning across owned stores and retailers.
  • Prepare presentations, sales materials, and ad-hoc reports upon request.
