Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years legal word processing experience required.
• Must score 55 wpm with ≤2% error on the firm’s typing test and 76% on the spelling test.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word for document automation, formatting and editing; knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Creates, formats and revises a wide variety of documents, including transactional and litigation documents, using Firm software applications.
• Transcribes audio files, generates comparisons, creates electronic trial notebooks and PDF portfolios.
• Proofreads completed work for accuracy and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
