AlphaSights Ltd. is seeking a Legal & Compliance Associate in San Francisco to support the Client Protection team and uphold high compliance standards. You will monitor projects, guide delivery teams, and collaborate globally on policy improvements while enabling AlphaSights’ growth.

The role emphasizes quick, precise communication, risk assessment, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting. Winter 2027 start, hybrid work with Fridays at home offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with noteworthy extracurricular leadership.
• 0–1 year of work experience in related fields such as law, risk management, consulting, operations or compliance.
• Strong academic performance with minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Active student involvement and extracurricular achievements.

Responsabilités

• Monitor active projects to flag and mitigate potential risks.
• Provide guidance to delivery teams on projects they are working on.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on long-term projects to set industry standards.
• Design and implement global policies and processes protecting clients.
• Create and deliver tailored trainings for delivery teams.
