Job summary

AlphaSights is seeking a Research Compliance Associate in New York to support the fast-growing global practice. You will report to the Research Compliance Manager and collaborate with Legal, Client Protection, and Research teams to ensure compliant outputs and policies.

The role emphasizes autonomy, a proactive mindset, and the chance to gain legal and operations experience while contributing to AlphaSights' growth story.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and leadership.
• 0-1 year of work experience; related fields such as law, risk management, consulting, operations, or compliance preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review expert profiles and project requirements for the delivery of expert knowledge to clients.
• Format, proofread, and screen transcripts to ensure compliance with laws and AlphaSights' policies.
• Collaborate with the Research team and stakeholders to resolve compliance flags.
• Provide legal and compliance training to the Research team and other stakeholders.
• Draft and maintain compliance policies for Research services.
