Job summary

Free2move is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to join our Shared Services Center. You will own the general ledger for multiple entities, ensuring accurate month-end and year-end closings while collaborating with Tax, FP&A, and Controlling teams.

You will perform reconciliations, support audits, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, international environment. Fluency in English and French, with SAP experience, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in SSC or international multi-entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual closing within deadlines.
• Prepare and post inventory adjustments, accruals, and cut-off entries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate items.
• Conduct inter-company reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
