Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking a Corporate Lease Analyst to manage a global real estate portfolio of 480+ offices and 4.8 million square feet. You will abstract lease documents, audit invoices, and serve as a key contact for landlords and global finance leaders.

Strong analytical skills and relationships across finance are essential. The role requires in-office presence at least 4 days per week and involves processing $20M+ in rent and payments annually, maintaining vendor relationships, and producing

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent professional experience required; corporate real estate background preferred.
Experience in a service industry is beneficial.
Ability to learn and grow in a complex, global environment is essential.

Responsibilities

Process lease-related payments and audits to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Maintain Lease Administration Database with accurate rental payments, deposits, invoices and operating expenses.
Coordinate with Global Finance Leaders and landlords to resolve charges and reconcile estimates.
Abstract leases into the database and generate financial and performance reports for leadership.
