Job summary

The position leads one report and partners with facilities, real estate, and other finance teams to improve processes and policies, ensuring timely month-end closes and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years accounting experience.
• CPA preferred
• CoStar lease application experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all lease accounting activities in the general ledger.
• Oversee monthly lease accounting close, reconciliations, reporting and tracking.
• Manage CoStar application and ensure ASC 842 compliance.
• Collaborate with real estate and finance teams to ensure timely lease activity.
• Review lease amendments, assets and related documentation; respond to audits.
