Job summary

Google is seeking a Manager of the Learning Innovation and Architecture (LIA) to lead Google's internal R&D Lab and Design COE for Global Business Organization Education (GBOedu). You will shape the modern learning frontier with AI-powered personalization and oversee a team delivering concept-market fit for next-gen learning solutions.

Responsibilities include driving an AI-driven roadmap, collaboration with engineering, and establishing global learning standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in business strategy, learning and development, product/sales operations, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Experience in people management or directly managing teams.

Responsibilities

Architect the AI-driven learning roadmap, scout trends, pilot learner-centric programs, and evaluate scalability.
Drive content management, tagging taxonomy, and global metadata standards for discoverability.
Establish proficiency measurement, badging, and accreditation ecosystems linked to business outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, translate needs into clear technical roadmaps.
Organize alignment sessions and foster a collaborative culture.
