Google is seeking a leader for The Google School for Leaders, driving digital and in-person learning and leadership development across Googlers, managers, and Directors. You will be a domain expert in adult learning, learning technologies, and AI-enabled learning, building a roadmap with milestones to scale programs at Google.

Leading with a focus on growth, you will shape learning culture, implement innovative strategies, and drive measurable outcomes in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Human Resources, including adult development.
• 10 years leading and scaling tech-enabled learning and leadership development initiatives.
• 10 years solving system wide problems related to people, processes, and technology.
• 10 years of people management with experience leading an organization.
• Experience managing a portfolio of digital products, including end-to-end product strategy, user discovery, iterative development, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define the future of learning and leadership development at Google with comprehensive roadmaps.
• Own the roadmap, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of learning products using user metrics.
• Drive AI-enabled learning innovations and scale Learning Operations for Googlers.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of The Google School for Leaders strategic plan.
• Inspire and lead the team, fostering agility, speed, and innovation.
