Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Program Manager, Learning to build, operate, and scale learning for individual contributors and front-line managers across the company from our San Francisco HQ. This is an IC role combining strategy and execution with strong ownership.

You will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose needs, design scalable solutions, deliver and measure programs, and continuously iterate. The role is hybrid, based in SF, with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in learning, talent development, or related fields.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to translate needs into learning solutions.
• Experience running multiple programs with high ownership and limited resources.
• Strong front-line manager development experience and behavior-change focus.
• Global audience design, localization, and scalable delivery models.
• Excellent facilitation and live/virtual learning delivery.
• Structured, outcome-focused program and project management.
• Experience evaluating impact beyond completion and NPS.

Responsibilities

• Own Learning Business Partnering and program development for IC and front-line manager audiences.
• Build trusted partnerships with HRBPs, Enablement, and business leaders to identify priorities and ownership.
• Stay close to the business to identify recurring enablement needs.
• Design, develop, deliver, and measure end-to-end learning programs including diagnosis, design, content, facilitation, launch, and iteration.
• Support and improve existing programs through facilitation, operations, and stakeholder partnership.
• Manage multiple programs with strong prioritization and reliable follow-through.
• Measure adoption, learner experience, behavior change, and business relevance using multiple signals.
• Use AI thoughtfully to improve workflows, content creation, and personalization.
