Job summary

Clarios, LLC in Milwaukee invites a Summer 2027 procurement internship for a current full-time college student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, ISM, or Data Analytics. This role blends sourcing support with hands-on procurement tasks in a hybrid work setting.

You'll collaborate with Legal, IT Security, Data Privacy, Finance, and other teams to process supplier onboarding, POs, invoicing, and supplier reviews while applying market research and spend analytics to drive cost

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, and/or related field.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Hybrid internship with up to 40 hours per week for Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, contracting, and renewal activities for software, SaaS, IT services, and AI technology suppliers.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase order creation, invoice payment assurance, and procurement process compliance activities.
• Coordinate with Legal, IT Security, Data Privacy, Finance, Risk Management and stakeholders to facilitate supplier reviews and contract approvals.
• Conduct market research, spend analysis, and supplier benchmarking to support strategic sourcing and cost optimization initiatives.
• Be proficient in using CoPilot for research efforts.
• Analyze supplier proposals, pricing, contract terms, and licensing models to identify risks, savings opportunities, and commercial recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, track project milestones, and ensure timely completion of procurement deliverables.
