Goodwin’s Learning & Professional Development (L&PD) team is seeking a Learning & Professional Development Assistant to support global programs for lawyers and professional staff. The Assistant reports to the Director of Inclusive Talent Development and helps deliver training and programming across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a law firm, corporate setting, educational institution, or professional services preferred.
• Experience with learning management systems and/or Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support global learning and professional development programs for lawyers and staff.
• Provide administrative support for training initiatives and budget management.
• Coordinate program logistics, invitations, room reservations, catering, and on-site support.
• Assist with development of new training programs and surveys.
