Publicis Re:Sources is seeking a Director, Global Learning Architecture & Programs to design, build, and lead learning experiences that connect business priorities to innovative solutions across the Groupe.

You'll drive global delivery, integrate AI-enhanced design, and ensure programs deliver measurable impact while collaborating with HR, Technology, and business partners across regions.

This hands-on role requires 8+ years in learning design or program management in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning design, program management, or capability development.
• Experience across time zones, cultures, and matrixed organizations.
• Proven success delivering large-scale learning programs in creative or tech settings.
• Deep understanding of modern learning methodologies (blended, cohort, experiential, social, AI).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, able to present to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and Deliver flagship global learning experiences that elevate capability and performance.
• Translate strategic business needs into learning frameworks combining digital, live, and AI-powered elements.
• Create scalable, modern learning solutions reflecting creativity and agility.
• Define how learning is organized, delivered, and improved across the Groupe.
• Partner with HR, Technology, and Business for global rollouts.
