Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or operations.
• Minimum 5 years leading advanced LSS projects with validated cross-functional impact.
• Demonstrated success in regulated environments (medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, high-complexity Lean Six Sigma initiatives across multiple sites.
• Shape and advance Lean deployment strategy across global operations.
• Mentor and elevate capabilities of Sr Engineers and future Black Belts.
• Design enterprise dashboards and performance systems for sustainability of improvements.
