Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Leadership, Theology or related field.

• Experience designing and conducting applied research in ministry or organizational settings.
• Experience participating in institutional or program assessment activities in higher education or theological settings.
• Experience conducting scholarly research and publishing in leadership or theology.

Responsibilities

• Teach a full load of graduate leadership courses with emphasis on institutional and church life leadership.
• Develop course materials, syllabi and deliver classroom instruction.
• Advise and mentor master’s and doctoral students.
• Supervise graduate or administrative assistants as needed.
• Participate in service activities and publish scholarly work in leadership fields.
• Manage research projects and research assistants as appropriate.
