Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in Leadership or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Successful leadership experience in multiple venues, preferably senior positions.
• Evidence of effective teaching in higher education, preferably at the graduate level.
• Ability to work with diverse international graduate students.
• Evidence of experience and success in quantitative and qualitative research.
• Evidence of ability to work collegially and collaboratively with others.
• Scholarly contributions in leadership, organizational psychology, entrepreneurship, or related disciplines.
• Broad ability to support department programs in various areas (e.g., higher education administration).

Responsibilities

• Teach hybrid, synchronous, and asynchronous online courses.
• Chair or serve on doctoral dissertation and doctoral project committees as chair or member.
• Develop a research agenda demonstrated through publications and presentations at professional conferences.
• Advise certificate, masters, and doctoral students in their program and course plan.
• Participate in and contribute to program, department, and university committees and service.
• Develop proficiency in multiple technology platforms for student learning and portfolios.
