Qualifications

• Graduate student or recent college graduate in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with WordPress, Canva, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States and available to work full-time in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Keep the engine running: manage applicant data, scheduling, program materials and meetings.
• Make events happen: coordinate international study tours, trainings, and virtual programming.
• Write and edit: proposals, promotional materials, social posts, and website content.
• Measure impact: design surveys, track metrics, and support evaluation work.
• Capture details: take notes, flag gaps, and help close loops.
• Be flexible: contribute to all tasks and bring solutions when needed.
