Job summary

Jump Trading Group in Chicago is seeking a Leadership & Professional Development Coordinator to run firmwide onboarding, leadership and technical training programs.

You will leverage an LMS to manage enrollment, tracking, and reporting, while coordinating global EMEA activities and vendor contracts from a remote-ready, global perspective.

This role offers growth into learning strategy, governance, and program design within a collaborative People Ops team.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and manage firmwide onboarding, leadership, and technical training programs.
• Use LMS for enrollment, rosters, reporting, and learner experience across regions.
• Lead global vendor management and budget tracking, including contracts and invoices.
• Support EMEA program coordination remotely with regional stakeholders across time zones.
• Identify process improvements and leverage AI tools to accelerate operations and content curation.
• Own the program feedback process and governance documentation.
