Job summary
White & Case LLP seeks a Senior Manager to lead Legal Project Management and Operations for the firm’s largest clients. You will oversee budgets, KPIs and profitability, and work with partners to optimize matter delivery.
This role requires strong client relationship skills, experience in professional services, and comfort with AI-enabled workflows such as Legora to improve efficiency across global teams. You will line-manage Analysts and Senior Analysts, collaborate with in-house operations,
Qualifications
- Experience in Legal Project Management or Legal Operations
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-jurisdictional client portfolios
- Strong budgeting, KPI tracking and profitability focus
- Proficient with AI tools and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication across partners, lawyers and clients
Responsibilities
- Oversee budgets, KPIs and profitability for large client portfolios.
- Coordinate with partners, lawyers and local counsel on matters.
- Lead client relationship reviews and reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with billing and finance on client matters.
- Promote AI-enabled workflows and Legora adoption.
- Line manage junior team members.
- Support bids, tenders and pitches with collateral.
