You will lead cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, and guide innovation while balancing cost, quality and timing. Hybrid work with onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years in automotive interior design, development, validation, quality assurance.
• 4+ years in a leadership role within automotive engineering.

Responsibilities

• Set the global product strategy for door trim and hard trim.
• Lead product engineering and development for interior components.
• Oversee program execution from concept to post-launch.
• Drive performance in fit, finish, durability, NVH, safety, ergonomics.
• Balance business and technical objectives, manage cost and timing.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions and vehicle programs.
