Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Global Process Owner to lead SAC Planning and Group Reporting as part of the Symphony program. You will drive the design, governance, and deployment of enterprise planning, consolidation, and reporting capabilities across the organization.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional leaders, manage a matrixed team of SMEs, and ensure alignment with global standards. Expect 30% travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A, consolidation, or finance transformation experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and SAP Group Reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global process design for SAC Planning and Group Reporting, including future-state operating model and global standards.
• Lead the definition and standardization of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and intercompany processes.
• Translate objectives into clear requirements, designs, acceptance criteria, and delivered scope.
• Serve as primary business decision-maker for the workstream within Symphony governance.
• Define and monitor KPIs, data readiness, and post-go-live governance for the global planning template.
