Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Global Process Owner for SAC Planning and Group Reporting within the Symphony program. You will lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise planning, consolidation, and reporting capabilities across the organization.

The role requires strong FP&A leadership, SAP SAC & Group Reporting expertise, and a track record of guiding cross-functional teams through complex system implementations in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 6+ years in FP&A, financial consolidation, or finance transformation with global process design or system implementation.
• SAP experience: Hands-on with SAC Planning and/or SAP Group Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global process design for SAC Planning and Group Reporting, including future-state operating model, governance, roles, controls, and standards.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecast, long-range planning, consolidation, intercompany elimination, currency translation, and group close processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation deliverables.
• Act as primary business decision-maker for the workstream, approve designs, and prioritize scope within Symphony governance.
• Define data readiness, testing strategy, and post-go-live governance for the global planning/template.
