Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation invites a seasoned FP&A and financial consolidation professional to lead the SAC Planning and Group Reporting workstreams within the Symphony program. You will own the global process design, governance, and standards, partnering with Finance, IT, and sites globally.

The role requires 6+ years of experience in enterprise planning and reporting, SAP SAC Planning, and a strong controls mindset to ensure accurate consolidation and financial close across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, controllership, or finance transformation.
• Hands-on experience implementing or operating SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and SAP Group Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, intercompany elimination, currency translation, and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global process design for SAC Planning and Group Reporting, including future-state operating model and governance.
• Define global process requirements, blueprints, and standard designs across SAP planning and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and site leaders to align global template with local needs.
• Manage data readiness, tests, cutover, and post-go-live support for the Symphony program.
