Job summary

• 12+ years of analgesic clinical development experience.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional drug development teams.

Responsibilities

• Define integrated clinical development strategy for the Pain early-phase portfolio.
• Establish governance and go/no-go decision frameworks with stage-gate reviews.
• Provide enterprise-wide visibility into Pain portfolio health and gaps.
• Lead regulatory engagement and external scientific partnerships.
• Drive portfolio delivery with innovative and accelerated development approaches.
