Job summary

MMS Holdings is seeking a senior data management professional to lead data management projects across study lifecycles, ensuring quality data and regulatory alignment. You will coordinate directly with DM suppliers, clients, and cross-functional teams to manage databases, CRFs, and data validation.

The role requires extensive knowledge of EDC systems, protocol review with clients, and mentorship of junior data managers, with focus on drug development data handling and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in scientific or health care field; relevant industry experience preferred.
• 5+ years in data management with at least 1 year leading projects.
• Extensive knowledge of paper CRF study systems, EDC, and hybrid CDM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
• Advise customers on best-fit EDC solutions using proficiency in multiple systems.
• Lead data management projects from study setup to close-out with strong client communication.
• Oversee data management activities including data entry, CRF tracking, and database validation.
• Develop study documentation such as CRFs, data management plans, and validation specs.
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations applicable to data management.
