Job summary

Elevation Capital is seeking a VP of Land Development to lead end-to-end execution of a multi-phase global real estate vision, including remote/off-grid and coastal luxury sites. You will build and lead a high-performance PM team, coordinate design, permitting, and buildout, and report to the founder with direct interaction with UHNWI stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in construction or real estate development.
• Experience managing active job sites with complex challenges (off-grid/remote).
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record from design through build with scope, schedule, and execution ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication, data-backed reporting.
• Familiarity with collaborative PM tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle execution of multiple design-build projects, including off-grid, modular, and coastal luxury sites.
• Build and manage a team of project managers and coordinators, assigning projects by location.
• Oversee phases from scope and design coordination through permitting, infrastructure, and buildout.
• Coordinate infrastructure development including power, marine access, water/septic, utilities.
• Drive budget discipline, evaluate vendor contracts, adjust scope to preserve value.
• Implement project controls, reporting systems, and workflows for visibility and escalation.
• Interface with architects, engineers, consultants, and permitting authorities across jurisdictions.
• Communicate with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, managing expectations and discretion.
