Job Overview:
The Vice President of Land Development will support the investment strategy of the company by driving the planning and execution of projects across its U.S. land portfolio. This is a broad, hands-on project management role that spans the full lifecycle of a land investment—from acquisition and due diligence through land planning, zoning, entitlements, permitting, development and disposition. The role requires a commercially minded real estate professional who can translate investment strategy into actionable project plans, coordinate technical professionals and consultants, manage schedules and deliverables, and keep multiple projects moving forward. The ideal candidate understands both the investment and development sides of residential land and can connect project-level decisions to broader investment objectives.
