Qualifications

• J.D. from accredited law school.
• Employment litigation experience.
• State Bar Member in good standing.
• Minimum of 5+ years of employment law experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and advise internal partners.
• Must adhere to a strict code of ethics.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR and business operations on employment law matters.
• Provide training on HR policies and practices.
• Manage outside counsel and employment litigation claims through mediation and arbitration.
• Collaborate with Ethics and Compliance dept and in-house/private practice lawyers.
